No hardware required. Gate clerks use any smartphone or tablet to process gate passes. Drivers receive digital passes via SMS or QR code on their phone. If you already have a tablet at your gate, you're ready to go.

We are actively building integrations with major TMS and ERP platforms. If you have a specific integration requirement, reach out to us — we prioritize integrations based on customer demand.

The $300 welcome credit applies to all Qargolab modules except the Space Rental Marketplace and Equipment Rental. It is automatically deducted from your first monthly bill — no coupon code needed.

Yes. All Qargolab plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can deactivate any module at any time from your dashboard and billing stops the following month. No cancellation fees.

None. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. You pay only for the modules you activate, starting from the month you go live.

Gate Management is live today — including unlimited gate pass creation, driver verification, QR-based check-in, and basic damage reporting. All other modules are in development. Join the waitlist for any module to be notified when it launches.

When you join the waitlist for an upcoming module, we add your email to the notify list for that specific module. When it launches, you'll get an email with early access instructions. No commitment, no credit card required to join.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and are actively working toward SOC 2 Type II certification. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.

You own your data. Upon request before account closure, we provide a full export of your gate pass records, inspection reports, and any other data you have generated — in CSV and PDF format.
